Computer Academy

Courses in computer science are available at the KIS Computer Science Academy. While certain computer science is thought as a subject in most secondary schools, none of them provide the thorough covering of the topic as the KIS Computer Science Academy does. Any KIS, student who enrolls in a Computer Science classes automatically become members of the Academy; there is no application process. The goal of the academy is to introduce computer science to as many KIS students as possible and to show how it relates to their academic and vocational objectives. Beyond what they learn in the classroom, students at the Academy benefit from the program. Among these advantages are, completing a recognized Career Technical Education pathway with certification issued.
